Twinkl – an award-winning digital library of educational resources for teachers and parents – have been busy creating ‘The Great Family Staycation Guide 2021’. The guide provides hundreds of ideas for great family days out across the UK – from zoos to castles – there is something for everyone!
The Staycation Guide 2021 is designed to provide inspiration for families to help them find fun and educational days out local to them, and across the UK, making it as easy as possible for parents to keep their children engaged and inspired over the summer break.
The guide features an interactive map of the UK allowing parents to easily browse the featured attractions by clicking on the pins to bring up further information on the attraction.

Twinkl have also created boredom-busting resources to go with each of the attractions featured. The free resources include word search puzzles, quizzes and colouring sheets all designed in collaboration with the attractions they feature. Perfect for keeping young minds active and adding an extra level of engagement whilst having fun on holiday.
